What Others Are Saying
- Mrs. Frink's customer service is unparalleled. She
did an excellent job. She was available for me at any time of the day
and night, even weekends! She explained the complete process of how
things worked, she stayed on top of the seller and my mortgage lender to
make sure everything went as scheduled. I have never received such
terrific service before. She is an outstanding agent; she understood my
family's needs and our financial limitations. She did not rest till we
found the perfect house." ~ Mercy Figueroa

smoothly for being first time home buyers! Her knowledge of the field
and dedication and time that she gave us is amazing! We don't know what

Vallery for doing your job and doing it well." ~ Michael Patterson

Accredited Staging Professional (ASP)
- Staging is the very best proven way to get top dollar
for your home as you prepare it for sale. Homes that are Staged using my
techniques sell faster and for more money! This is because Staging sets
the scene throughout the house to create immediate buyer interest in
your property. This will then lead to your home selling for the highest
possible price in today's market. Remember, "The way you live in your
home, and the way you market and sell your house are two different
things."
- Accredited ASP Stagers and ASP Real Estate Agents are
true Professionals trained under strict guidelines using proven Staging
techniques developed for over 30 years. When you bring your home on the
market and prepare your house for sale always hire an ASP because they
are the true leaders in the Staging and Real Estate Industries.
Accredited Sellers Representative (ASR)
- Unlike other sellers agents, ASR Designees have a
proven industry track record. Each designee (Seller Agent) must hold and
exemplify a strong commitment to exceed seller expectations throughout
all aspects of the real estate transaction.
- ASR Seller Agents are trained and committed to
deliver to today's seller true "value added services." This has a major
impact on the quality of representation to you, the seller, as well as
potential possibilities to the financial bottom line. Remember, whenever
possible, ASR Seller Agents are committed to providing exclusive
representation to you, which simply means placing your interests above
that of others in the real estate transaction.
- Committed to adhering to a stringent standard of
ethics, ASR Seller Agents are to demonstrate complete honesty in
pricing as well as thorough research and preparation in completing and
presenting the property market analysis. A further and most important
commitment of ASR Seller Agents is to demonstrate ethical conduct and
integrity in every aspect of their real estate career.
Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR)
- I am an "Accredited Buyer Representative" (ABR). To
attain this designation, I have completed an extensive classroom
training program on buyer agency practices and procedures, passed a
written examination and provided evidence of practical experience as a
buyer's representative. More than one million people in the United
States are licensed to sell real estate. Of those licensees, fewer than 2
percent are Accredited Buyers Representatives (ABR).
Certified Short Sale Specialist
- What is a Certified Short Sale Specialist?
- A Certified Short Sale Specialist is a
specially-trained real estate agent with a knowledge of all the
challenges of short sales. As a CSSS, your agent will be able to analyze

finding a willing and able buyer, and negotiating with one or more
lenders. Their expertise will include many of the legal ramifications
and tax implications of a short sale.
- A Certified Short Sale Specialist is trained in the following:
